Old business:

  • Steve B announced that the website has been updated. However, it still needs the latest versions of the By-laws and of the Scholarship application.
  • Steve B added that he will start purging e-mail addresses from the Yahoo! Group of those who have not renewed club membership for this year.
  • There was another meeting of the Scholarship committee on 1/23/2017. Deb had emailed the minutes to the Board of Directors. However, final recommendations to the Board of Directors requires another committee meeting.
