Flying FOOLZ Board of Directors Meeting Minutes
November 14, 2016 at Beef O’Brady’s patio
Attendees: Pat Connell (& Jim), Bill Sharpe, Steve & Barb Flynn, Steve Bensinger & Sue Vartanian. (Vic Chewning was unable to attend.)
Meeting called to order 6:39pm
Need chairperson for Scholarship Committee. (Deb Beach may volunteer.)
Discussed scholarship money and when and where it may be spent.
Motion made and passed to accept the current recommendation from the November 2ndScholarship Committee meeting.
Motion made and passed to allocate $1000 for the Scholarship Committee to award in 2016. (Awards are for reimbursement of expenses only.)
Meeting adjourned 7:32pm
